The Alpha™ Series HS23 Low Row locks the user into a stable seated position with chest support and drives the elbows through a biomechanically true horizontal pulling arc — hammering the rhomboids, mid-trapezius, lats and rear delts without lower-back compensation. Independent dual handles, aircraft-grade cable, sealed precision bearings and a 96 kg selectorized stack with 4.6 kg increment make the HS23 a cornerstone pulling piece for high-traffic facilities.
