The Alpha™ Series HS15 Prone Leg Curl places the user in a face-down position that eliminates hip flexion and isolates the hamstrings through their full curling arc. A cam-driven strength curve matches the natural resistance profile of the hamstrings for consistent loading rep-to-rep. Adjustable ankle roller and torso pad accommodate every user. The 96 kg selectorized stack, aircraft-grade cable and commercial steel frame make the HS15 a foundational lower-body piece for daily-use facilities.
