About the HS11 Dip / Chin Assist
The Alpha™ Series HS11 Dip / Chin Assist combines two of the most effective bodyweight exercises into one commercial station. The counter-weighted knee platform reduces effective bodyweight, letting users progress into unassisted dips and pull-ups; the 96 kg selectorized stack sets the exact level of assistance. Independent dip handles and multi-grip chin bar cover wide, narrow, neutral and parallel grips. Commercial steel frame, aircraft-grade cable, and premium upholstery throughout.
